David Sprechman Joins VISTA TEAM

Fort Lauderdale, FL — February 25, 2008 — David Sprechman joins VISTA Satellite Communications, Inc as Chief Financial Officer. Sprechman will be responsible for financial direction and management of VISTA, a full service communications company with corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

David comes to VISTA from GlobeCast America, the U.S. business unit of Paris-based GlobeCast, a subsidiary of France Telecom, where he was President and Chief Executive Officer since 2003. David joined GlobeCast in 1998 as their Chief Operating Officer and then became their Chief Financial Officer. In his tenure at GlobeCast he transformed the company's portfolio beyond traditional markets to include Direct-to-Home, Government Services, Digital Cable Delivery, Desktop BTV and expanded fiber services. VISTA looks forward to David's many years of experience in the industry as the company forges its own future in an ever-changing environment.

Bringing over twenty years of media experience to the VISTA Team, David is a valued asset. Prior to GlobeCast he was Chief Financial Officer of Hero Productions, a leading South Florida teleport and production company, where he contributed to its development as an international provider. Previously, from 1990 to 1993, David served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Telemundo Productions where he implemented strategic plans for the company's growth.

David is well known for his frequent appearances as a well-respected speaker at media, satellite and television events. In 2005, Sprechman was the recipient of the World Teleport Association's prestigious Teleport Executive of the Year Award. He holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He resides in South Florida with his wife and two sons.
